* Take a little time to prepare your space and your energy.
* Choose a quiet, private room where you won’t be disturbed.
* Bring water and a notebook for any insights that arise.
* You may wish to light a candle or sit for a few breaths before we begin.

Your session is 90 minutes long and includes:

* A deep, guided exploration of what is ready to surface.
* A private audio recording sent after our call.
* A 30-minute follow-up conversation within two weeks to integrate what’s emerged.

Please note, sometimes sessions run over at no extra cost to you, so please create space in your calendar to allow for this.
