Practicing radical honesty is a cornerstone of Shadow Work and when we learn how to embrace it we step into more of our personal power and potential to manifest the life and relationships we truly desire. "
We expect others to be radically honest with us, and yet how honest are we with ourselves and others?
As women we have been conditioned to hide how we really feel, suppressing our needs and sacrificing our boundaries in the process. We say yes when we mean no and vice versa. We suppress the truth of our voice to please others.
Quite simply we have compromised our truth through fear of being rejected and having to face the disapproval of others.
As a result, we stay locked down in internal conflict, reacting to our unresolved wounding and trauma rather than being able to communicate what we really want and need in a healthy and balanced way because we have not learned how to be radically honest with ourselves.
In this episode of The Feminine Principle Podcast, I’m exploring the challenges we face in practicing radical honesty, the steps we can take to reclaim the power of our truth and make decisions from the heart and not from the wound helping us to completely redefine the relationship we have with ourselves and others.
I share with you my own intimate journey through radical honesty that resulted in a life and death decision, what I learned from it and how it helped me to recognise my own power and potential, lessons I now share and support my clients with.
With Love,
