Why I Love the Flow of Shadow Work

There is something profoundly sacred about the unfolding process of shadow work.

• The awakening to an unconscious pattern.

• The exploration and release of the potent suppressed energies associated with it.

• The walk back to the root of it all.

And then, that blissful moment of realisation — the catalyst that sparks the breaking open of the heart and soul.

The Alchemy of Awareness

That exquisite moment where we see, outside of space and time, how the pattern was constructed. We glimpse the threads it has woven throughout our life, touching our deepest core.

In that moment, long-stagnant energy is released, and we are blown wide open to receive. What flows in is a fusion of the gifts the pattern gave us and the gifts it buried — a new sense of life this alchemical synthesis bestows upon us.

Witnessing the Transformation

What’s more, is the deep honour I feel when guiding women through this sacred process. I am granted sacred permission to witness their descent as they drop deep into their most vulnerable self.

And it is from this very place I am gifted the privilege of observing their transformation. A transformation which never ceases to fill me with wonder.
