Eighteen sessions, each ninety minutes, held every two weeks across the full arc. The nine-month form is not incidental — it is the oldest feminine measure there is.
Just as nine months in the womb hold everything a new life requires to come into being, these nine months hold everything you need to give birth to yourself. The work moves through three distinct trimesters, each with its own quality, its own depth, its own emergence.
One room. One relationship.
This is not a group programme. You are not a case study or an archetype.
You are a specific woman with a specific interior life, and you deserve to be met precisely there — with complete focus, complete discretion, and the full presence of a practitioner whose only role is to help you come home to yourself.
Held between sessions.
Brief reflections and logistical questions are welcome in the space between our meetings. Deeper emotional processing is held within our live sessions, where it can be properly contained.
When additional support is needed, a private integration session can be scheduled at £175/hour.
Homeopathic remedies, sent to you.
SOVEREIGNTY includes an element that has no equivalent in other programmes.
Across the nine months, three specific homeopathic remedies are selected and couriered to you — taken blindly, at a moment unknown to you.
You enter into relationship with each remedy: noticing what shifts, what surfaces, what your dreams begin to carry.
Then we meet it together. When the remedy is revealed, what it illuminates is often the most surprising and clarifying moment of the work.

first trimester — LAYING THE GROUND.
We begin the honest work of mapping the inherited from the authentic. Sifting through the accumulated layers of your story to find what is genuinely yours.
Developing a language for the parts of yourself that have operated in the dark.
Beginning to build the interior architecture of sovereignty — not as a concept, but as something you begin to feel in your body.
second trimester — GOING DEEPER.
The patterns that live below insight become visible across the arc of the work.
The shadow material — the anger, the grief, the desire, the brightness — is met, not forced.
The ceiling begins, quietly and irreversibly, to shift.
third trimester — SOMETHING CONSOLIDATES.
The new ground becomes inhabited ground. The woman who arrived at the threshold has moved through it.
