    A confirmation email is on its way with everything you need. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder and mark it as safe so future correspondence reaches you.

    We will meet on Google Meet.

    The confirmation email contains your unique link. Simply click it at the time of our conversation. No account or download is required.

    Please honour the 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

    Life happens, and I understand that. What I ask is that if you need to change our time, you do so with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to tend the space with care for you and for the women who may be waiting.

    Find a warm, quiet space and protect it.

    Please be settled somewhere private before we begin. Phone on silent, notifications off, door closed if you need it. This conversation deserves your full presence, and you deserve to be fully present for it.

    This is not a call to take in your car, on a walk, or between other commitments. What you are bringing to this conversation is real and significant. The quality of the space you create for it will shape everything.

    Come as you are.

    You do not need to prepare a polished version of yourself or arrive with your thoughts perfectly ordered. You do not need to know exactly what you want to say. Come honestly, with whatever is actually present for you and let the conversation unfold from there.
