    A Free Live Council

Menopause & The Initiation to Change

A free, live, un-recorded online council sitting with the death of who we were, to reclaim who we are.

    Sunday 30th August at 5pm CEST / 11am EST / 4pm UK
    Live via Google Meet
    Free (Registration Required)

    The Invitation

"Death holds up the mirror to help us see the raw, untamed beauty of who we have been - and who we are no more."

We rarely talk about death. We feel its presence, yet we avoid it until it forces us to face our mortality, our sadness, and our grief. We muddle through, looking for light, outrunning the pulsating pain of loss.

Because in the end, death is change.

And menopause has always been an initiation through death.

It challenges us to step beyond the familiar and into the raw, untainted depths of the unknown. It asks us to face who we are without the conditioning, beliefs, and masks we have carried for decades.

It forces the question: Do we choose to live with the truth, or die with the lie?

    What We Will Enter Together

This is not a medical webinar, a self-care workshop, or a healing session.

This is a live, sacred council - a space to bear witness to the hidden side of menopause that nobody else wants to talk about.

    The Loss of Control

Meeting the terrifying, beautiful unknown without the need to manage or fix it.

    The Unraveling of Identity

Facing who you are when the roles, patterns, and illusions are stripped bare.

    The Truth of Your Relationships

Looking honestly at the connections that ask you to be who you are not.

    The Reclaiming of Life

Using death as our greatest teacher to step fully into your raw, untamed truth.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a clinical webinar or a menopause symptom troubleshooting session?

    +

No. While physical perimenopause and menopause symptoms are completely valid, this council focuses on the psychological, emotional, and spiritual transformation of menopause. We are not here to diagnose, treat, or "fix" physical symptoms, nor to offer medical or HRT advice. Instead, we engage in deep shadow work for women - exploring the grief, identity shifts, loss of control, and sacred initiation hidden beneath the physical changes.

Who is this Menopause Council designed for?

    +

This space is for any woman navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause who feels called to look beyond society's superficial or medicalized narratives. Whether you are experiencing a profound identity shift, grieving who you used to be, or seeking a space for conscious menopause exploration, this council is built for you.

Why is this live gathering strictly un-recorded?

    +

Shadow work requires absolute psychological safety. To allow women to speak untamed truths without fear of a digital footprint, this gathering will never be recorded, transcribed, or posted online. What is spoken inside the council stays inside the council.

Do I have to speak or share my story during the gathering?

    +

There is zero pressure to share out loud. You are invited to speak and be witnessed if you feel called, but sitting quietly in sacred silence, listening, and holding space for the collective container is equally valued and respected.

How does this council differ from typical online menopause support groups?

    +

Most menopause communities focus primarily on physical symptom management, medical advice, or light self-care. This council offers a dedicated sanctuary for conscious menopause and shadow work. We acknowledge that true midlife transformation requires sitting with the quiet, uncomfortable, and raw realities of loss, change, and rebirth.

Is there any cost to attend, and will this be a sales pitch?

    +

This council is 100% free as an open invitation to sit together in truth. While Nicola facilitates the 9-month 1:1 Menopause Initiation shadow work container through The Feminine Principle, this event is not a high-pressure sales webinar. It is a genuine, live gathering designed to hold sacred space. If you want more information about the program, click here.

What technology do I need to join the council?

    +

You simply need a stable internet connection, a quiet room where you have total privacy, and access to Google Meet (which you can join from a phone, tablet, or desktop). We ask all participants to join with their video camera turned on to help build a present, connected community space.

    Will you take your seat?

The council gathers soon. Space is intentionally limited.

DisclaimerBecause this work touches into deep territory - grief, identity loss, and personal truth - this space is not designed for individuals currently experiencing acute mental health crises or severe psychological illness. If you are in need of specialized clinical care, please honor your journey by seeking support from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
